  My first appointment: I was 7 minuets late dew to traffic and the person that had the appointment after me was early and being seen, I was told I was to late.. And had to make another appointment. Went back the next week, had a good eye test, very thorough, chose new glasses, had them fitted, the lady measured where the bifocals was to go, I said I liked them quite low but I was not advised that the glass I had chosen were bigger then my old ones and this was not taken in to consideration. Went to pick new glasses up today tried them on and bifocals came in completely the wrong place had to choose new glasses then I was told that there was no antiglare on the glasses that were no go which I had asked for and thought I had paid for i was told I would have to pay an extra £30 Which I refuse to pay. Not very happy I will not be using specsavers in Diss again.
