  On Sunday 21.1.18 I arrived at lunch time very excited as after months of online research I finally decided on a brand new insignia , I sadly was greeted to the sales person having a chit chat on her Mobile phone , I looked round the showroom at what they had, hoping she would get off the phone and ask me if I needed help but no she just moved into an office and closed the door!!!!! I spent around 10 mins waiting for her to come and speak to me but no so in the end I left and went to drive in bury who could not of been more helpful. If you decide to go and buy a car from them do not deal with the female in there mind u if she is on her mobile she will prob ignore you anyway. So rude , seems not everyone needs to make money or was my money not good enough!
